How Your Event Takes Shape
When you book with 123 Clown & Characters, you start with a conversation about your event's size, age range, and tone. That helps determine which combination of character appearances, face painting, balloon twisting, or singing telegrams will work best. You'll know what to expect before the entertainer arrives, including setup needs, timing, and how each activity integrates into your schedule.
Professional, skin-safe paints are used for every face painting session, and designs are tailored to the preferences and comfort level of each guest. Balloon creations are crafted on-site, and character appearances are timed to maximize interaction without disrupting your event's flow. Communication happens through call, text, or email, whichever works best for you.
